RIPCO Real Estate Engaged as Exclusive Leasing Agent for Legacy Place; Eddie V’s Coming Soon to Palm Beach Gardens

Palm Beach Gardens, FL — (Dec. 9, 2025) — RIPCO Real Estate has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Legacy Place, the 420,000-square-foot open-air lifestyle destination located at the intersection of PGA Boulevard and Alternate A1A in Palm Beach Gardens. The engagement marks a new chapter for the property, which continues to evolve as a best-in-class mixed-use destination.

RIPCO’s South Florida team, led by Executive Vice Presidents Marty Arrivo and Aracibo Quintana, will spearhead leasing and merchandising strategy for the center, which is home to category-leading brands such as Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Total Wine & More, Ethan Allen, and The Capital Grille.

Adding to the center’s elevated tenant mix, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is slated to open in 2026. The restaurant will span over 11,000 square feet. Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. Its arrival will further strengthen Legacy Place’s reputation as a culinary destination for both residents and visitors to northern Palm Beach County. In South Florida, there is also an Eddie V’s at Mizner Park in Boca Raton and on Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

In anticipation of Eddie V’s grand opening, Legacy Place ownership has continued its modernization program designed to enhance the guest experience. A full exterior repainting is underway, featuring a modern color palette designed to complement the center’s architecture and enhance curb appeal. All lighting throughout the parking garage is being upgraded to energy-efficient LED fixtures, improving both visibility and sustainability. Finally, in collaboration with the City of Palm Beach Gardens, ownership is introducing a comprehensive new signage and wayfinding program.

The upgrades include modern illuminated monument signs, refreshed directional and garage signage, and enhanced landscaping at key entry points. Together, these improvements will create a cohesive, contemporary look that makes it easier for visitors to navigate the property while supporting the center’s next phase of leasing and revitalization.

“Northern Palm Beach County has established itself as one of the most dynamic lifestyle destinations in the country,” said Marty Arrivo, Executive Vice President at RIPCO Real Estate. “Legacy Place is well positioned in the market and evolving into a premier restaurant and wellness destination. The recent openings of EōS Fitness, Yoga Joint, JetSet Pilates, and Blo Blow Dry Bar have brought new energy and daily traffic to the property, while the upcoming arrival of Eddie V’s Prime Seafood will introduce an elevated dining experience that perfectly complements Capital Grille and drives continued interest from elevated food and beverage concepts. We’re excited to continue curating a tenant lineup that reflects how people want to shop, dine, and connect in Palm Beach Gardens.”
